Marketing and Sales
Both new and experienced Sales Professionals and Sales Managers will greatly benefit from the variety of learning tools available. Detailed learning roadmaps, coursework, and an online Learning Center are provided to help get you on track and stay on track. We also provide a Sales411 Discussion Board for our Sales Professionals. This discussion board enables Sales Associates to share best practices, experiences, ask questions, and gain valuable feedback and insight into sales related matters.

Construction
Detailed learning roadmaps and an online Construction Learning Center are available for all K. Hovnanian Construction Associates. The learning roadmap outlines core, intermediate and advanced Construction training available through online, classroom, and field training. Construction topics include, Safety, Building Science, Mechanicals, Framing, Foundations, Blueprint Reading, and much more.

Leadership/Management
Our world-class LEAD certification (Leaders Excelling at Development) initiative provides leaders with the opportunity to hone their skills in the areas of Managing the Business, Managing People, and Managing Self. An online leader discussion board is also available for leaders to share best practices.

Associate Development
Every Associate has access to the K. Hovnanian Associate Enrichment Center (AEC) where they can access a variety of planning and development tools.  Examples include articles and tip sheets on time management, decision making, and teamwork.  Individual Development Planning templates, free webcasts, audio interviews with key Associates, and a 'Dear Coach' section are also available.

Information Services
Our Information Services University (ISU) offers comprehensive technical training for IS Associates at all levels, including a new job rotation program.  Company-wide, ISU provides operational process and systems training so that Associates can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively using K. Hovnanian's state-of-the-art systems and streamlined processes.
